Ms. Jackie Ward, President
Ms. Ward is one of the founders of Computer Generation Incorporated. At the companys inception in 1968, she was appointed Vice President and served in that capacity until she was elected President in 1970. She began her career in Management Information Systems with the J.P. Stevens Company and later held technical, marketing and management positions with General Electric and the UNIVAC division of Sperry Rand Corporation.

Ms. Ward serves as a member of the Board of Directors of numerous corporations, including BankAmerica Corp., Equifax, Matria Healthcare, PTEK Holdings, SCI Systems, Inc., Trigon Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Flowers Industries.
She is also active in many community and educational organizations and recently served as Chairman of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Wards many civic activities include service to the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia for which she is Past Chairman and Regent Emeritus. She is an active member of the Society of International Business Fellows and serves on the Georgia Tech Advisory Board.
Ms. Ward received her undergraduate degree at Georgia State College for Women (now Georgia College). She earned her MBA through the executive education program at Arizona State University.
Mr. Jim Meginley, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Meginley joined Computer Generation in 1980. In 1987, he became a Project and Application Manager for the VMS-based products in the Telecommunications Industry Group. In 1996 a promotion to Executive Vice President of Technical Development signaled the beginning of his rapid rise to appointments as Vice President of Marketing in 1998, Chief Operating Officer in 1999 and to Chief Executive Officer in 2000.
Prior to joining Computer Generation, Mr. Meginley held several positions in software design and systems implementation and management for Burroughs Corporation and Munford Inc.
Mr. Meginley graduated cum laude from Purdue University with a BA in Political Science.
Mr. Gary Aviv, Executive Vice President of Technology
As the technical founder and head of Computer Generations Telecommunications Industry Group, Mr. Aviv has led the effort to establish Computer Generation as the state-of-the-art market leader in mediation software and other telephony solutions. He joined the company in 1978 and has served the company as manager of several developmental projects for both corporate and government clients.
Mr. Aviv graduated from State University of New York at Stony Brook where he also earned a Ph.D. in mathematics.
Ms. Suzanne Lowenthal, General Counsel and Vice President of Human Resources
Ms. Lowenthal joined Computer Generations legal department in 1990 and was promoted to General Counsel in 1999.
Prior to joining Computer Generation, Ms. Lowenthal was an attorney for Unisys Corporation where she headed the legal and contracts department for the Southeastern region.
Ms. Lowenthal received a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from Cornell University and earned her Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law in 1983.
Mr. Norman Halvorson, Vice President of Finance
Mr. Halvorson has served as Computer Generations Vice President of Finance since joining the Company in 1986.
Prior to his joining Computer Generation, Mr. Halvorson was Accounting Manager at Digital Controls, a Georgia-based video game manufacturer. He has also held managerial positions with Brennemen, Inc., Rexham Co. and Picture Perfect, Inc. in a finance and accounting career spanning more than 23 years.
Mr. Halvorson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Iowa. He is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Information Systems at Georgia State University.
Ms. Robin Spangler, President Global Integrated Technologies Division
Ms. Spangler joined Computer Generation in 1999 to head up the companys Global Integrated Technologies Division.
Prior to joining the company, Ms. Spangler spent more than twenty years in key marketing and technical management positions for some of the worlds highest profile technology firms including Digital Equipment Corporation, BBN, Inc. (now part of GTE) and Philips Electronics.
Ms. Spangler earned a BSBA degree from Western Carolina University.
Mr. Richard Woods, Vice President, Marketing
Mr. Woods joined Computer Generation in 1987 as the RTRS Product Manager and later became the ORDB Product Manager. In 1997 he was appointed to a Marketing Managers position and in 1999 was promoted to his current position of Vice President, Marketing.
Prior to joining Computer Generation, Mr. Woods worked in real time process control systems design and development.
Mr. Woods earned a BS in Computer Science from Virginia Tech University in 1979.
Mr. William Tidwell, Vice President Sales North America
Mr. Tidwell joined Computer Generation in April 2000 to provide senior leadership for our North American sales efforts.
Prior to joining Computer Generation, he held numerous sales and management positions in the telecommunications industry. Most recently, he served as a Senior Account Manager of Mobius Management Systems, a provider of telecommunications document management software. His work experience has included positions with Amdahl, Electronic Telecommunications Corporation, DGI Technologies, Positron Industries, Ericsson Network Systems and ITT.
Mr. Tidwell has earned a degree from the U.S. Army Command & Staff College and a BS in Business Administration from Steed College.
Mr. John Aalbers, Vice President Sales Europe & Asia
Mr. Aalbers joined Computer Generation in 1992 as a Technical Support Analyst. He was promoted into his current position in late 1999.
Prior to joining Computer Generation, Mr. Aalbers was a systems engineer with Preston Group, the world leader in airport terminal management software. He began his career as a computer operator/training officer with a medical laboratory firm in Australia.
Mr. Aalbers earned a BS with honors in Computer Science from the University of Melbourne.
Mr. John Woodside, Vice President Sales Latin America
Mr. Woodside joined the Computer Generation sales organization in 1991 and was appointed to his current position in 1999.
Prior to joining Computer Generation, Mr. Woodside was a Marketing Services Manager and a Product Manager with Reliance Comm/Tec, and a Customer Service Manager with Centel.
Mr. Woodside earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska, and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
